There is a bug I have run into and don't know what to do about. This is a problem that Danford knows about, because i found it in their Release Notes under Known Bugs: "Trying to back up the /dev directory will cause a 'Fault in user space interrupt handler' error. A shutdown and reboot is needed to reset the software. This is an Apollo bug that is fixed in Aegis 9.7.0.3." Well they are right, this is exactly what happens -- when I do a full dump it hits the /dev directory and chokes. However, I am running aegis 9.7.0.3. So, anyone know what to do? I have called Danford, and am trying to get a response from them.
