In order to have enough disk on them to give them a good workout I tried NFS mounting a filesystem from a mips box, however I'm having great difficulty using the apollo's NFS. Had great difficulty mounting the filesystem originally. Having got one mounted It doesn't show up in a df I can't get it unmounted but most importantly When trying to make anything on the NFS mounted filesystem I get the following error on any cc /bin/cc -o ccflags -O ccflags.c ?(cc) "ccflags.o" - branch is not a directory (OS/naming server) [normal creation/deletion/reading of files seems to work fine, the problem appears to be just with cc] Any suggestions? cheers mark -- Domainised: mark@comp.vuw.ac.nz Bang form: ...!uunet!vuwcomp!mark
