Several months ago, I posted a question about the game Elite on the net. I
got many responses, but no one seemed to be any farther along than I was.
I got up to deadly, before I stopped playing out of boredom.

Anyways, Doug Pardee (one of the correspondents) decided to put together
an Elite Player's Newsletter. Since then, I've moved to this new location.
I'd like to know what happened to that newsletter, and more importantly:
has anyone won this game YET?!?
