I am running into a problem making a binary II file with BLU versions 2.26 and
V2.29.  I have tried both and get the same problem.  When I select

	Make Binary II file

from the main menu, I am then asked to give the source and destination. When
I type in, for example, /disk.2/ for both the source and detination, I get an
the following error:

	MLI ERROR $47
	Duplicate Filename

Changing either the source or destination to a different folder on the same disk
yields the same result.  The documentation I have for BLU doesn't help when
things don't go according to plan.
