Well, I used to play Elite until I got bored of it too. How do you define "winning" the game. I got up to Elite status with all of the gadgets on my ship. I've changed galaxies twice, but nothing seems to change much between galaxies other than the names of the planets. I've never run into one of those bad-guy-invader ships, but I can't imagine that they're so much harder to kill than 12 or so attacking pirates. Is there a way to finally win the game? -------------------------------------------------------------------------- | David Ranney -- I don't know my address beyond my campus, sorry. | | A communist is a person who has nothing and is willing to share it with| | everybody. |
