Leigh, here is a response I gave to a portal user earlier today. I
hope that CS is somewhat similiar, that is, the files have been run
through EXECutioner. It sounds like the same problem. Good luck...

        You should give more address information, I rather doubt that Espo
is enough. To use the text files, first download the files as text files.
Then, you may have to strip extra line feeds. I use my term prog to do that,
I use Point-To-Point. There may also be a non-executable header on the file.
You will have to get rid of any header which is text not starting with a 
REM statement. Some large files will cause trouble, and  most APple word
processors will read a text file correctly, but not write them correctly
AppleWorks will save a text file to disk in 66 column format (I think), which
cannot be EXECuted. Extra text at the end of the file can be ignored. It will
cause SYNTAX errors, but only after the file has been saved. If all goes well,
a binary, or GIF, or some kinda NON-TEXT file will ba saved on your disk. Make
sure you have room on your disk. I use ProDOS, and am not sure that this will
work under DOS 3.3, and many of the files I work with (GIF) will proly not
fit on a 5.25" disk. If you have more questions, send them to me via E-Mail.
