I just received Kermit 3.85. (Haven't tried it yet). Ironic thing about this is that Proterm's Kermit protocol does not always work, so actually, I would need to use Kermit to d/l the Kermit exec files to my Apple. (I am going to have to put them into a copy buffer instead (luckily I have extended memory)). O, and by the way, my serial card is not a Prometheus (as I said in my original letter) but it's a Practical Peripherals serial card. The modem is Prometheus though.
