Does it sound like I'm on the right track, hardware > wizards? Sounds like you're on the right track. It could be either bad RAM or a bad MMU chip. I would bet on the RAM. I don't think there would be a problem with a european tech looking at the computer unless he starts poking around the power supply area of the board .... You will need to haul that converter around unless the shop already has 110VAC lines available. I haven't seen any NEW ram check utils in a few months, but I do have three PD ones that were floating around.
