I have a serious problem with my monitor (1702).  At first, I just lost
color, then I had to jiggle around with the connection to the back
of the computer to get any picture.  Now I don't have any picture whatsoever.
does anyone have any ideas of what may be causing this.  Oh yeah, also, when
I don't have a picture, I DO HAVE SOUND.  I checked all the cables to make sure they're hooked up in the right place. I opened the monitor and checked out the
focus knob and everything's okay there....  Any suggestions?
