It is a COMPLETE memory manager. It supports LIM 4.0. It SHADOWS the EGA and ROM BIOS. Allows TSRs to be loaded in memory above 640K. Supports the new HIMEM XMS (Microsoft extended memory Specification) It has other features that are to long to list here but you get the idea.
