Message-ID: <61411VXL103@PSUVM> Date: 14 Nov 88 04:09:55 GMT Organization: Penn State University - Center for Academic Computing Lines: 12 What else can I say? I'll entertain any offer or ideas for that matter on the above subject. Possible ideas are acquiring an AST six-pak or equivalent. My RAM chips have been SOLDERED (gak!) in, and if I were to indeed purchase 41256-150 ns or better chips, I would have to take the whole schpiel (is it spelled tight?) to a repair shop and have it soldered in and tested (sorry folks, I can't go solo on this one). Another type of board that I can also use is a QUADRAM board. The point is that I either need chips or an 16 (not 8) bit memory board that can accommodate my AT&T PC6300, or I can use the 8-bit board and seriously compromise my CPU speed. I'll be at this address (where else?) to peruse any reasonable offer ... Vincent Lai
