A (computer novice) friend of mine bought a PC BRAND V20 
XT clone.  Here are my experiences with him so far.

He asked for the machine to be shipped to him on a particular
date that was BEYOND their shipping estimate because he was
going to be out of town.  They shipped it and charged his
credit card as soon as the machine was available anyway.  He
did call when he got back and they extended the 30 day money-
back offer two weeks since they shipped two weeks early.  He 
ordered the ST238/RLL drive package which they wanted $50 to
install.  I put it in for him but they sent ZERO documentation
for the low level format.  I had saved some documentation on
building up an HD with a WD controller and was able to prep
the drive for fdisk and format through debug on the first
attempt.  If not for that, it would have been tech-line time.  
They also did not deliver the printer cable he ordered.  His 
Magnavox EGA monitor had bad color separation toward the edges 
and he is in the process of sending that back for replacement.  
That`s all I tell you so far except that otherwise the box is 
performing as expected.
