The most notable one I have run into is that the 60 (and 50) has a watchdog timer that ticks every so often. I think it is an NMI so it happens even if interrupts are disabled. There is a way to shut it off. If you need the info I will check my code (I have a program which uses LOADALL and needs to have alllll interrupts disabled to work). I hope this is of some help.
