I'm looking for names, addresses, and phone numbers of CD-ROM drive
manufacturers for the IBM-PC.  I can't seem to find any ads in BYTE
or PC, so I'm not sure where to look for these beasts.  If you can
give me the price, that would be helpful, too.

Also, I seem to recall hearing of two different data formats.  Does
anybody know any details about this?
