I'll try.
Extended memory is the 384K between 640K and 1M.
Expanded memory is the RAM above 1M.
I believe there is a Driver (EMSIM.SYS ?) that simulates extended using
expanded (or is it the other way around).

I have disk cache, print spooler and floppy simulator that use
expanded memory.
Any other utilities that use expanded (or extended) memory?
