I would like to ask a possibly silly question of the folks out in netland. What criteria do you use to buy a hard drive? Just to get things rolling, here's mine in order of priority: 1) Compatibility 2) Reliability 3) Performance 4) Price Just to put things in proper perspective. I am an engineer and dearly value the data I have on my hard drive. It's something I don't want to worry about. A lot of net-people sound like they are loosing sleep worrying about their hard drive (i.e. will it power-up tomorrow?, should I have saved my data today?, what was that sound I heard?, why is it screaming?, if I loose that data,.....) I am very interested in buying criteria, please post or mail and I will summarize. Roy Neese Tandy Computer Product Engineering UUCP @ {killer,merch,sys1}!cpe!neese
