If you have access to CompuServe, log on and check out the PC Magazine
Editorial forum (GO PCMAG, then GO EDITORIAL).  There are two files available
in LIB 0 of the forum which contain the complete text of a lengthy exchange
between the two principals, Phil Katz of PKWARE, and Andrew Foray of SEA.

It is very interesting, and the present positions of each are disclosed, too.

The archives in question can be reposted here, but I am unable to do it as
I am not familiar with the methods of posting files on the net, being a new
user.
