I am working in Word 3.02, and attempting to merge with
a data document of approximately 3000 data records.

Regardless of whether I send the merged result to the
printer or a new document, I keep getting a spurious
error message "Data record too long".  All of the
data records are fine.

When I trim the file down to about 100 lines in length,
it merges as expected.

If anyone has any ideas on merging with large data
files, I would appreciate your response.  You can
