Subject: Interferon anomaly #103?

According to Interferon 3.0, I have anomaly #103 in Finder. #103 is not listed
in either the Interferon window or in the dox. Would somebody please tell me 
what it is?

Incidentally, I'm running a Mac SE, dual inner floppies, 40meg Mirror hard
drive, and 5.5/4.1.
