The menu at the top of the screen will always show the choices available, and still be useful for those who like it (I do right now, but if I get a bigger screen...). The menu associated with each window (the same menu for each window in a given application) I imagine as a pop-up heirarchical menu. This does not seem to be a difficult addition to the interface, nor do I see any major programming difficulties (except for all of the custom WDEFs out there...). Just my 2 cents. Jay, etc...
