I am considering buying a finder-replacement DA (one that can do copy
delete,etc).  I know of two programs that do the job well: DistTop
and DiskTools II.  Both programs are rated high in MacUser and cost 
about the same.

I have tried DiskTop, and LIKED it.  However, there has been a saying that 
DiskTop leaves something(?) in the System Heap, after it's been closed and
causes problems with programs like Light Speed Pascal ( I have experienced
the problem).  The version I tried was 3.0.1, have they fixed the problem
in version 3.0.2 ( or 3.0.3) ?

Then what about DiskTools II ? Has anyone used it? How was the program, in 
terms of interface,memory ...etc ( there was a review in March 1988 issue
of MacUser, but I have thrown away that issue already... ugh! and they are
advertising sale of their back issues in MacUser).

Most importantly, DOES DISKTOOLS II HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM THAT DISKTOP HAS?
