OK - Here's my 2 cents worth.  I'm in favor of Macintalk support.

I'd think it could help the visually impaired as an alternative to
close view. 

I suppose I couldn't use it in the office because we only have cubicles.
But where you have real offices and at home, you could do some neat 
things. How about learning another language?  How about time notes in
Comment telling you when to go to your meeting?
