I'm looking for programs and/or source code to convert between
the following file formats on UNIX.

MacBinary <--> raw3 format
MacBinary <--> MacHost format
MacBinary <--> binhex

Basically, I'd like something on unix to convert MacBinary file
formats so I can download them straight to the Macintosh using
xmodem, ymodem, etc.
