Has it been done? Summary: wanna make my Mac a UUCP leaf node Message-ID: <2624@hplabsz.HPL.HP.COM> Date: 13 Nov 88 20:29:43 GMT Sender: taylor@hplabsz.HPL.HP.COM Reply-To: taylor@hplabs.HP.COM (Dave Taylor) Organization: Hewlett-Packard / San Francisco / California Lines: 18 I know that there exists a couple of UUCP programs that run on IBM PCs and the like, but I can't recall ever hearing anything about a similar program that runs on Macs that would allow me to have my Mac deliver and pick up email for me via UUCP connections... [If I had a II I could run A/UX, but the Mac I have at home is only a Plus, alas. For now. ;-) ] If anyone has any ideas on this and/or any nifty suggestions or whatever, drop me a note. >> Gee...if no-one's done it, perhaps I will ... ;-) <<< -- Dave Taylor taylor@hplabs.hp.com - or - taylor@uunet.uu.net
