With /bin/csh as my SHELL environment variable I could not run lint
from a makefile on my 4D/70 running version 2.0 of the operating
system.  The fix is to add the line:

#!/bin/sh

to the top of the lint shell script which is /usr/bin/lint.

I believe this has already been fixed in release 3.0 and above for
those of you who may have it.
