Here are the specifications for version 3 of NFS.  Please place it in the
archives and announce its availability to Sun-Spots.  Note that these were
forwarded to me by Chris Silveri (silveri@sun.com) of Sun Microsystems in
response to my request to archive the Protocol Specifications in a central
place.
