Hi all,

When I compile emacs v18.50 under ULTRIX 2.2 with Worksystem Software 1.1 
(including X10) and use the HAVE_X_WINDOWS option i src/config.h, then 
the resulting emacs will not start up under X, but just hangs. 
It *does* work with the `-nw' option. So my question is:

	* does anyone have a fix for this

	* are there newer emacs versions which don't have this problem

If you have any answers, please reply to the address below.

This problem may have been posted before, but I have never seen
a solution to it, so please, ... help.
