   I have a Sun 3/160 running 3.5, 25 megs of swap space.
I run suntools, open a couple of shell tool windows- 
run a piped command (ie ls-R|more) whoops- the console
window dissappears and I get a message in the shelltool
window I am working in "sorry process pid XXXX killed
problem in getxfile - i/o error mapping pages ( I
am not at a Sun now so the quote may not be exact )
I am running with mx users set at 12 but I believe something
is wrong.
