I tested it on the unmodified kernel and it sort of works, except the system eventually hangs. The release notes say to modify file sys/data/qd_data.c so that the variable DMA_BUFSIZE is defined as 10. I made this change (from an original value of 1024 * 3) and rebuilt the kernel, which does not boot. What's wrong? Bob Zirin
