This doesn't pertain to g++ per se, and it is not actually a bug in the
software, but this address is my best guess as the appropriate place to
report difficulties ....

I've ftp'd oops.tar.Z from prep a couple of times.  The transfer works
fine and the uncompress works fine (uVax, Ultrix 2.2) but the tar dies
due to a directory checksum error.  Is this file corrupted?
