Dear Sirs:
	I am sorry to be using this path to request information, but
	I don't have a better path to work from. I have an older version
	of GNU C and would like to get an update to the latest. I have
	heard that it's 1.30 from commentary on internet. Please advise
	what the proper procedure is for getting the compiler over the
	net and what the net pathname is.
