Pursuant to the discussion of how to restrict the newsgroups that certain
users can access, I have posted the PRUDE code I promised to news.software.b.

This code is sufficient to keep the casual user out of certain groups.  A
user who understands anything about UNIX can get around it very easily by
just finding the spool directory and reading the articles directly.

Lemme see now, if I make the news directories 700 and run the news programs
setuid, and stick a setuid(getuid()) in the code for shell escapes...
