"dciem" has once again resurfaced. Hopefully, we have got the problem solved
and the system will stay up until we take it down for good.

P.S. In case you haven't heard, this machine will be replaced within the
next 3-6 months by a Sun. We are planning to keep the name of the machine
the same so that nobody gets all of their mail/news bounced. Some of the
functionality of our current system may be a while coming on-line (such
as smail,  which we will have to integerate into our sendmail config file
[Ugh!!]) but we hope to eventually have an identical (as far as off-site
users are concerned) but faster machine in the place of our aging 11/70.
