Okay, I am satisfied with the stealth answer so we can stop talking about it.
When I first posted this question, I admitted that this wasn't the place to
ask the stealth question, but there are many informative people in this group
who will probably know the answer.  They did and answered my question.  I
did check rec.aviation and they don't have too much of a clue about this.
I just feel that stealth news just doesn't fit into rec.aviation, either.
(Perhaps in that military.tech newsgroup that has been suggested)
