I'm looking for the following software, if they exists at all, for a IBM PC...

1. A Public Domain Disassembler.

2. A Public Domain Basic Compiler that will compile programs that run under 
   BASICA and GWBASIC. 

If someone out there has such a thing, or knows any information to how I
can obtain any of the above, please let me know via email.
