Every time we make double stranded cDNA more than 50% of it sticks to the tubes as judged by the number of counts recovered. We have tried siliconising the tubes but it did not help. We have tried incubating the tubes in water baths at various temperatures but makes no difference. I would be very grateful for any comments, cures etc....
