They call thier touch-tone equivalent of a service mark as "U-TOUCH". None of the advertisements for the phones or services refer to it as "touch tone", but always as "U-TOUCH". I'm pretty sure that is still a registerd trademark. Guess somebody in thier marketing department was a real genious for this one. :-) -- David M.
