   We, at the University Bordeaux 1, decided that the first programming 
language taught to students of Mathematics and CS will be Scheme.
 We will use Abelson & al's book and the PCS (Texas Instruments) implementation.
  The first course begins in January.

  I think that in Brest (France) they are doing the same thing, and they
  translated the book into French.
