Could we quash this discussion.  There exists other groups
for discussion about FSF policies and politics (and how we
got into discussing MS/DOS, I don't know).  This one is for
EMACS, GNU, comercial, and otherwise.  I've got seven different
EMACS here, two come from the FSF, three are commercial
products, and two are free copies from non-FSF sources.
None of this discussion is helping me with *ANY* of my
EMACS problems.
