	I am looking for specific information on the whats/wheres/hows
of obtaining/installing GNU-Emacs in a VAX/VMS environment.  Specifically,
our site is running VAX/VMS V4.6 on a VAX 8550.  Please send replies
directly to me and I'll summarize if enough interest is generated.
