I've got the requested version, from Coral Lisp.  The best way to 
get it from me is to send me a self-addressed envelope and a blank 
Macintosh disk.  It's also on the csvax at cs.qmc.ac.uk; you may be able
to ftp it.  If that fails, send me mail and I'll do an email distribution
