The compiler has nearly all of the system calls, and many of the library routines pre- defined for the user. There's also fairly complete documentation with the package in VAX/VMS Runoff format. My only real wishes about the package would be that they pre-defined more of the library routines (the lib$ routines, for example) and that they would come up with a way to leave optional library and system call arguments, well, optional.
