This can easily be accomplished by creating an elmheaders file.
If you have using ELM 2.1 (or later version) this file resides
in your .elm directory. For earlier versions you need a $HOME/.elmheaders
file.

When you mail a message, the contents of this file are included after
the standard mail headers but before the newline that begins the message
body.
