For some curious reason, elm is loaded with the `-n' flag, which prevents
demand paging.  Fix src/Makefile to remove the `-n' flag from the load command
for `../bin/elm'.  If there are systems that really need this, it ought to at
least go in LFLAGS to make it configurable.
