They're still around; very active in comp.sys.att and the unix-pc.* newsgroups. Some 70,000 of the UNIXPC (aka 3B1 aka 7300) were mfd, and at the "closeout" sale price of 1987-1988 they're one heckuva bargain; I have 4! :-) Quick overview: 10MHz 68010, MMU, (demand?) paging, variety of HDs, 3-button mouse, expansion slots, 512K to 2MB RAM on motherboard, some variant of SVR2 with a lot of extensions, hires tilt'n'swivel monitor (monochrome), keyboard "garage", sh & ksh, GNU stuff runs fine, etc. Nice system for under $2,000.
