I have a program that runs under cp/m 1.4, and the box it is running
on could flake at any moment.   Before it does, I'd like to move it to
a newer machine that runs cp/m 2.2.  I already have the architectural 
differences down,  all I need to know are the differences in bdos and
bios calls.  Does anyone out there have an ancient, dust-covered cp/m
1.4 reference?
