I am new to the net and I have some general questions
about MINIX.  I purchased MINIX source code for the PC some while ago
and have read the book and perused the code.  Needless to say I
was very impressed with the quality of code and the manner in which it
was written.

My questions are:

Is there a 680x0 version of MINIX anywhere ?

Is there a 386 version of MINIX ?

Is there now an "internetworking" companion to MINIX along the same
lines as Comer's Volume II (Internetworking with Xinu) ?

Has anyone attempted a port to a network of transputers ?

Does anyone have a windows interface to MINIX ?

In short I would be interested in a brief history of MINIX or at least
a current state of the art.

I would greatly appreciate any information in this area.
