Does anyone out there know whether or not KIP and K-Star are inter-
changeable on the KFPS 4. I have been using K-Star since I got the
KFPS 4, but have been unable to get CAP running and NCSA Telnet
functions for a few minutes and then hangs.  I would like to use
CAP and have a stable NCSA Telnet.  Any comments would be greatly
appreciated.
