Presently, we recommend to users CrossTalk XVI because of its VT-100 emulation. One of the problems we have is the way in which these protocol converters assign 3270 functions (i.e. PF3=3). With CrossTalk, the vast assortment of 3270 functions can be assigned to the F1-F10 keys (and CrossTalk is flexible enough to allow SHIFT, CTRL and ALT as well). But CrossTalk is really more than the user needs. Are there any VT-100 emulators out there for PCs that will let the user define the SHIFT, CTRL, ALT and plain function keys F1-F10 (better if F1-F12)? Support of highlighting is also desired. Public domain would be nice but it's not a requirement. Thank you for your help.
