Hewlett Packard offers a service called HP Sitewire where they will
come in and do a wiring design and (if you want) full installation
for you.  I believe that IBm and DEC offer similar (albeit more
proprietary focused) services.  Try calling your local sales office
of any of the above and see what they can provide to you.
